Tiny Surfboards for Tiny Surfers

It was a quiet day on Spooky's Beach @ Angourie when the arrival of the man with a dozen tiny surfboards sent the beach into a frenzy. As he began his 'show' a crowd soon gathered.

Come back tomorrow to see what could possibly ride the 'wild surf'. Here's a hint, 'Hamelin'.
