When you hold a 10 course dinner for 320 people there is going to be a hell of a lot of washing up!
Just plating up 3200 dishes must be a herculean effort.

Wow! 3200 dishes - this must have taken so much orginisation - and looks like the platers up are all men!! I think it's a credit to your community they were able to stage such a fantastic event. Bring on the next course!
